What if you are the only employee in the facility? Sounds like a lot more to do when I am doing almost everything right now.

    William,

It’s about priorities. Marketing drives business growth, so you either have to put it at the top of the list or focus on the highest producing marketing activities for you and your business. The start up, solopreneur stage of your journey where you have to do it all is challenging. We actually have a defined stage/journey layout here on the site. • I just started my own fitness business. I am unique in my vision. I am targeting senior living communities working with independent living seniors. For the past two years, I was a Wellness Director for senior living and I taught 18 exercise classes, small group personal training, and taught brain fitness workshops and brain fitness games. I am NOT an activities director not that there is anything wrong with that but it’s not what I do. I want to contract with independent living senior communities. I have made up a brochure and I’d love to share it with you to see what you think. My goal is not to just train personally but to group train and do workshops regarding exercise and brain fitness. Thanks for letting me share.
