What is Fitness Revolution? Why should I care?
Fitness Revolution helps business owners in the fitness industry, such as personal trainers, gym owners, etc, take their companies to the next level. Many fitness entrepreneurs have a passion for helping others but struggle to build successful businesses. We empower them with the skills required to have the business and life they want.
My name is Ryan Ketchum, and I’m the Co-Owner and VP of Sales and Marketing for Fitness Revolution. Fitness Revolution Headquarters is located in Indianapolis, Indiana.
We know that our biggest assets are our Team and our knowledge. We’re in business to help personal trainers and fitness business owners create a business that provides them a great living, freedom to enjoy life and create a bigger impact in their communities.
We’re looking for a highly motivated, driven, resilient individual to join our team as a Sales Representative for Fitness Revolution. This position will be responsible for prospecting and closing new business. The right candidate will be comfortable prospecting relentlessly over the telephone.
If you are accepted for this position, you will be working a full time schedule that will require 40-50 hours per week to hit your goals. You will be responsible for exceeding aggressive sales quotas and innovating and improving our current sales process to acquire more amazing clients for our company.
You will be required to both aggressive pursue prospects and nurture relationships through the sales cycle. Consultative selling skills are required to succeed in this position.

What the Position Requires
As a Fitness Revoluton Sales Representative you’ll be required to:
- Take responsibility for meeting and exceeding sales objectives
- Enjoy professional selling
- Have a willingness to follow a proven sales process
- Possess the ability to succeed in an inside sales environment
- Attack your job daily with an unwavering sense of urgency
- Be trainable and coachable
- Listen actively and sell consultatively
- Have a “hunter” mindset
- Be comfortable with a compact sales cycle
Prerequisite Skills and Attitude
Coachable: You will be trained extensively on our sales process and systems. The right individual for this position will be able to adapt quickly and be open to coaching and critique of their sales tactics.
Goal Focused: Your performance will constantly be assessed by your ability to meet and exceed aggressive sales goals and quotas. The perfect person for this role will be able to focus on those numbers and develop a plan to hit them. You should be motivated by chasing the goals set. You should be excited by high expectations
Resilient: You must have thick skin and be able to bounce back from rejection in this position. You’ll likely hear a lot more “no” than “yes” when trying to sell coaching programs to struggling business owners. You’re ability to shake off rejection and move on to the next opportunity is critical to your success.
