Pamela Macelree
Success Coach
Pamela began her career in the fitness industry training clients in-home and at local parks while working a 9-5 corporate position. After writing a business plan for a friend that wanted to open a gym but eventually ended up abandoning the idea, Pamela decided to follow through with it instead. This led to her opening the 19th Crossfit affiliate in the nation in 2005 and becoming the first ever coaching client of Fitness Revolution in 2006. Pamela eventually rebranded her gym to Urban Athlete and has grown it over the last 18+ years. Through her own journey as a gym owner, she was inspired to begin coaching, herself, in hopes of leading others to success.
Pamela holds a B.S. from The Pennsylvania State University and earned her M.S. in Injury Prevention and Sports Performance from California University of Pennsylvania. She is the co-founder and owner of Urban Athlete, which has earned a handful of local awards and helped over 1000 clients reach their goals. Pamela also has a passion for philanthropy and serves as the Director of Revolution For A Cause. She is also on the board of directors for Bolus and Barbells and the Eastern PA chapter of the JDRF.
Pamela has a love for all things gardening and wine and would probably opt to be a sommelier in her next life. She enjoys photography and travel, especially when combined. Her greatest happiness, however, comes from spending time with her husband and two young children.
