Personal Information

Asa has always had a love for fitness and began her career nearly 15 years ago as a personal trainer. She was later introduced to CrossFit by her husband who was serving in the Marine Corps. Asa quickly became quite good at the various CrossFit skills and enjoyed it so much that the couple decided to open one of the first affiliates in the Des Moines metro area. Assuming the role of Director of Operations and Business Development, Asa grew the membership base to 400 members and eventually sold the business for a hefty return on investment to start a new chapter in life with a move to Indianapolis, IN. This is where she began her journey with Fitness Revolution in 2017 to share her expertise and help fitness business owners grow and refine their own businesses.

Asa graduated Magna Cum Laude from Touro University with a Business degree and a minor in marketing. In addition to being a very competent CrossFit coach, she built a stellar fitness facility that employed 11 employees and grew at a blistering pace. Asa’s greatest asset is her ability to apply traditional marketing principles to fitness industry situations and create local market success for gym owners.

Asa might be borderline obsessed with working out and has a fully-stocked gym in her garage. In between her lifting sessions she enjoys drinking Cabernet and coffee, but usually not at the same time. She relishes her role as mom to two wonderful daughters and if she has any time left in the day, it’s probably devoted to doing something creative and listening to great music.
