Personal Information

Tiffany ended up in fitness by accident. Following a 20-year career in another field, her husband decided that he wanted to change his path and become a personal trainer. Tiffany supported his decision and before she knew it, she was now the co-owner of an outdoor boot camp business. Knowing that they were going to need help, Tiffany, began working with Fitness Revolution as a coaching client in 2008 and eventually purchased a license to open Fitness Revolution Napa, a brick and mortar facility. With her husband overseeing the coaching aspect of the business, Tiffany grew the member base to over 300 clients and became well-versed in the Fitness Revolution curriculum. So much so, that she was invited to join the team in 2016 as a coach, herself.

Tiffany has co-owned and operated Fitness Revolution Napa for over 13 years. As the Director of Operations and Business Development she has grown the business from an outdoor bootcamp to a 5600 square foot staple in the community. There are few things in the business of fitness that Tiffany has not seen in her tenure and she serves as a coach for Fitness Revolution’s High Performance Mastermind program.

With 3 daughters, 2 dogs, and 1 husband, Tiffany’s plate is pretty full. Most of her non-working time is spent watching volleyball and cheering her girls on from the stands. One of her favorite places to visit on the weekends is Tahoe, however, Tiffany has a non-negotiable date every Sunday at 9pm with the television watching her favorite show, the Walking Dead.
