Now, I’m going to be blunt here.
The only way that you can take control of your fitness business is through the same type of relationship that you have with your clients.
You have proven fitness knowledge, meaning you know the things to teach your clients to get the results. The style of training, the frequency, the diet… all of it.
You have the ability to work with their unique situation, right?
Each client you have is different to a certain degree and you have the ability to set them up with a plan that will work for them. You’ve probably done this so often that you don’t think of it as a big deal. Here’s what’s actually happening. Your client is coming to you with a problem: they struggle to lose weight. After a conversation and learning more, you know exactly what they need—because you have done it for so many others. You give them a plan and coach them through it to keep them accountable. Eventually, they get the results.
Without you, they probably would have spent years trying to figure it out themselves. And with that, there is a chance that they’ll do it and there is a chance that they’ll never get results.
By working with you they’re getting results and they’re paying for the results to come to them quicker.
Smart business owners do this all the time. You may have heard it called: buying speed.
